Gov being BIASED or even racist?

Im unhappy about a few things over at my neighbourhood. You know the hype over the new AMK Mall?

Its officially open in March but some stores are already operating since late January.

I know in-between Jan till Feb, we are celebrating Chinese New Year.

But is there a need to decorarte the mall IN SUCH A WAY THATS IS SPECIALLY OPEN FOR THE NEW YEAR?!

What I mean is: If the mall is in conjuction with Hari Raya, I dont think the mall will be hanging with Ketupats and Green packets.

There are lights decoration just to celebrate the New Year!

If all these is at ChinaTown, by all means go ahead. This is AMK. So much for being a racial harmony country. Gov cant even control this small area of AMK!

Im not being racist here. After all my gf are Chinese. All 3 of them!

Another thing. Its Kueh Baulu. Not Kueh Baharu!

I saw this Chinese cake shop that label Kueh Baulu -Kueh Baharu!

I believe this Kueh originates from Mlsia and its spell this way. B-A-U-L-U

Theres nothing wrong with them wanting to sell the Kueh. But PLEASE, spell it properly. If this goes on, people will mis-understood. Like

Otak-otak is now -Otah otah/Ota ota

etc etc

Oh come on, the least you can do after selling a MALAY-originated-kueh is to spell it properly!
